Venue

Due to the large number of registrants, the venue is changed to the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, building A, (address: Egry József str. 20-22, Budapest, H-1111). It is easily accessible by some of the main public transport lines, like the tram lines 4 and 6, bus lines 7xx or metro line 4. Aim at ``Móricz Zsigmond körtér'', which is a large public transport hub in the proximity of the venue, it is easy to reach from a large part of the city.

The registration opens at 8:00AM on Wednesday, and the first talk is scheduled at 9:00AM. Because of the large number of registrants, please leave enough time for your registration before 9:00AM

Public transport

Here you can find a tourist's guide of the Budapest Public Transport company,
http://bkk.hu/apps/docs/turisztikai_kiadvany_en.pdf . It is recommended to take a look at that. It contains also a map of the important public transport lines. This is a good overview, although there are hundreds of more lines, about which you can learn here: http://www.bkk.hu/en/maps/ . You may find ticket information here: http://www.bkk.hu/en/tickets-and-passes/prices/ .

(Note that metro line 3 is replaced by buses in the weekends and in the nights due to reconstruction works, which is very inconvenient, because this is a heavily crowded line. If you come from the airport in these time intervals,
we suggest you to use bus 100E instead of the usual bus 200E + metro line 3 combination, although, bus 100E is a bit more expensive, your standard tickets or passes are not valid on that line.)

If you take a taxi, use only the yellow cabs, with the sign "Licensed Budapest taxi".

Posters and talks

The posters can already be put up on the first day, and can remain on display for the whole duration of the workshop. The posters will be numbered in alphabetical order and the poster walls will also be numbered. There will be two poster sections, with emphasis on odd and even-numbered posters, to use the room efficiently. The size and orientation of the poster walls are A0 portrait. We provide adhesive gum.

We kindly ask the speakers to send us their slides until the previous day in pdf format by email, so we can ensure a backup solution in case of any technical problems. If you prefer, you can use your own laptop for presentation, please make sure that it works well with our projector before your section (VGA input).

We encourage the speakers to allow us to make their slides downloadable here.

Conference dinner, restaurants and pubs

The conference dinner is in Trófea Grill Resaturant, located at 30-32, Király str., near to the heart of the party district. The restaurant is an "All you can eat", with an excellent menu. Please note that the dinner is free for our invited speakers, while anyone else who registered in replying our corresponding e-mail can join at their own expense.
