Jet profiles in high-energy collisions are sensitive probes of QCD parton splitting and showering. We studied the structure of jets in proton-proton collisions at LHC energies using Pythia 8 Monte Carlo simulations. We provided a parametrization of the radial jet profiles based on a statistically-motivated analytical distribution and showed that they exhibit a scaling property with charged-hadron event multiplicity over a broad transverse-momentum range.
